Practice Guidelines: Practice time is typically 1.5 - 3 hours per week, schedule determined by coach.

Age Divisions: 6U, 8U, 10U, 12U, 14U, (Age groups may be combined if needed)

Age Cutoff Date: 01/01/2025 (The age of the player on this date determines eligibility)
